Monday thru Friday:
5:30 - 6:00: Gather vitals/start notes on assigned patients*
6:00 - 6:30: Walk rounds with fellows
6:30 - 7:15: Morning table rounds (led by fellows)
7:15 - 7:30: ECMO rounds (if applicable)
7:30: Start of elective OR cases
7:30 - 8:30: NICU rounds (Pediatric Surgery Fellows)
9 - until finished: PICU rounds followed by SOW floor rounds (SOW + SOW APRN and residents, if available)
11:30 - 12:00: CDH rounds (1 pm Wednesday; Fetal Fellow + Pediatric Surgery Fellows)
3:00 - 4:00: Afternoon table rounds (led by fellows)
* NPs will gather vitals on 15 primary floor patients (non-consult, non-ICU) in the morning. Those patients should be assigned before list is printed. The NPs will write notes on ALL primary floor patients.
* Trauma NPs will gather vitals on all trauma patients (including ICU and floor)
Weekends & Holidays:

**On Saturdays, NP will gather vitals on 5 primary floor patients. The Friday night NP will note which ones should be assigned to the Saturday NP.

10:00 - 11:00: M&M/Interesting Case Conference
11:00 - 12:00: Pediatric Surgery Grand Rounds
12:00 - 1:00: Educational Conference (Radiology conference, PICU conference, etc.)
1:00 - 1:00: CDH Rounds
